Client Account Team Positions
​Associate Account Manager/Account Manager

Our client servicing team is comprised of experienced Associate Account Managers and Account Managers who work directly with our diverse group of clients to manage projects involving the design, administration, and compliance of 403(b), 401(k), 401(a), and 457(b) plans. They respond to day-to-day inquiries from clients and serve as the primary contact for retirement plan service providers. Working in tandem with our investment advisory team to build and present detailed plan/investment review reports, they provide guidance to our clients. Our client servicing team also conducts education meeting with clients' employees, to ensure understanding, and promote the usage of, retirement plan benefits.

Client service team members hold, or expect to obtain, the following licenses: FINRA Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 (required for Account Managers), plus a state Life and Health Insurance license. They possess superior project management skills, an interest in the retirement industry, interpersonal skills to work directly with clients and plan service providers, the savvy to proactively resolve potential issues, and the flexibility to juggle several projects at one time.


Our Consultants/Team Leaders have proven track records of handling DC plan consultation at the highest levels within organizations. We hire seasoned 403(b)/401(k)/457(b) professionals with the savvy, drive and competence to run and manage client relationships. Our consultants have strong knowledge of plan design, compliance, communications, recordkeepers, and investments. In addition, they have a highly developed business acumen, which provides the ability to understand our client's businesses and relate to their concerns, as well as prioritize work and deliver, without fail. Excellent presentation skills are essential. Our consultants not only have the experience and expertise to manage client relationships, but they have the ingenuity and initiative to make things happen. They are comfortable leading, training, and motivating a client management team.

Our consultants need excellent credentials and the necessary licenses to do the job from day one: Series 6, 63, 65 and a state Life & Health license. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of management / retirement plan experience is also required.

Investment Team Positions
​Investment Analyst

Our Investment Analysts conduct fundamental investment analysis, selection, evaluation and monitoring of mutual funds, separate accounts, variable annuities and insurance company fixed income products – resulting in the recommendation of investment solutions for our clients. Our team of Investment Analysts produce quarterly written commentary of investment recommendations, collaborate with colleagues on client asset allocation and investment management selection for all asset classes, interview potential and existing Investment Managers, and create investment arrays and vet funds for inclusion and/or removal from existing client menus. Our investment analyst team provides an expert presence both internally - presenting fund updates, economic reviews and market updates to team members, and externally - presenting complex investment analysis to clients.

Investment Analysts have 3+ years of experience working with investments and portfolios – and the ability to hit the ground running – holding a Series 65 or willing to complete relevant licensing within 3 months. CFA, or progress towards CFA, is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and a strong customer service orientation are essential.
